Each time I open theage.com lately, I keep seeing stories about Jana fucking Pittman.... Now... remember the last time she was big, it was just before Athens and we had to endure story after story about her bloody knee. Remember that? First story on the tv news. Front page of the papers. By race time I was thinking we should just put her out of her misery, horse racing style. I can't rememebr what happened before Manchester and Sydney, but I'm sure she had her dramas then too
So now it's Games time again and Jana has dodgy hammies. Top of the page on the web news. She even gets her ugly mug on the photo bit too. To all those sports writers out there... Jana is lame. Physically and figuratively. Get over it. WE DON'T CARE!!!
Theres a hundred or so other potential aussie gold medalists out there for these games. If you must do your standard "focus only on the aussie" bit, lets hear about them! Can we lose the Jana show for once? She's a drama queen ffs.
Or... to the editors... is this your bait and switch so you don't have to write so much about the real news stories? Like ohhhh... the AWB kickbacks and all those MPs that had shares in the company? Heh... looks like that whole invade-Iraq-and-score-some-juicy-contracts idea might just have been another (neo) con-job afterall.
